Ventilation System Cleaning,
Disinfection & Maintenance

Allergies, fatigue, irritated eyes, headaches, or sneezing can be signs of breathing polluted air. Ventilation systems collect dust, mold, moisture, and microorganisms that reduce air quality. Regular cleaning removes these harmful contaminants, helps prevent bad odors, strengthens your immune system, and reduces the risk of respiratory illnesses. After each cleaning, we provide before-and-after photos so you can clearly see the improvement in air quality.

We recommend keeping air ducts and ventilation clean in these spaces:

This service includes a full inspection of ventilation systems and removal of dust, mold, and other contaminants—even unexpected debris such as dead animals. Regular cleaning and diagnostics improve air quality, reduce serious risks (like fire hazards or health issues), and extend the lifespan of your ventilation system. We recommend cleaning air ducts at least once every two years.

To keep your air clean and fresh, we provide:

- Kitchen exhaust and supply system cleaning. We remove grease, dust, and buildup from ventilation systems in homes, cafés, and restaurants to ensure clean air circulation.

- Air duct and heat recovery system cleaning with disinfection. Using certified Danish-made equipment Danduct Clean DC4, we can safely clean ducts up to 30 meters long, including vertical ducts with 90° bends. The process is done without dismantling ducts and without affecting interiors or production areas. After cleaning, ducts are disinfected to fully stop mold and microorganism growth.

- Grease removal from ducts. We use specialized degreasing technology with certified Danish equipment. This method effectively removes both soft and hardened grease through inspection hatches, ensuring ducts are cleaned throughout their entire length.

- Chimney and flue cleaning. Every time a fireplace or stove is used, soot and dust gradually build up inside the chimney. If left uncleaned, it can become a fire hazard. Our team performs specialized cleaning to remove soot, dust, and other deposits.

- Cleaning and disinfecting natural ventilation shafts in apartment buildings. We remove accumulated dirt and dust from interior surfaces using a dry cleaning method with flexible rotating brushes. A built-in camera monitors the process to ensure every branch of the shaft is cleaned. The work is performed from the rooftop, using brushes sized to fit shafts from 100 to 315 mm in diameter.

What to do in case of an accident?

If your home is damaged by fire, water, or another accident, the first step is to call 112 or the local emergency service so the cause of the incident can be identified. Then, if it’s safe, do what you can to protect your property and stop further damage—for instance, covering a damaged roof to keep out the rain.

Next, contact your insurance company right away. Once you receive a claim number, you can register it quickly and easily in the TuriuŽalą.lt self-service system.

When can I use TuriuŽalą.lt services?

You can reach out to us if you experience damage to your real estate (immovable property) or personal belongings (movable property). It’s important to note that the property must be insured. You can also contact us in cases where the damage was caused by someone else who holds liability insurance.

When can cleaning and/or restoration work begin?

The best time to start cleaning or restoration work is right after the cost estimate has been approved by the insurance company. In certain cases, when the circumstances are clear, the insurer may allow cleaning work to begin immediately—even before the estimate is officially confirmed.

Do TuriuŽalą.lt services cost extra?

Our services are free of charge for the person affected, as all costs are covered by the insurance company. The insurance policy includes a deductible for this service, which the insurer deducts from the payout amount.

Can changes be made during restoration?

Yes, it’s possible. However, if more expensive solutions are chosen that exceed the amount covered by the insurance, the affected client is responsible for covering the difference.
